Airport

Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is located 10 miles southwest of downtown.

A hotel courtesy phone center, located in the middle of the Baggage Claim Level, provides information and reservations for area hotels, many offering shuttle service to and from Hopkins. Also, limousine service, car rental shuttles and taxis are located outside the Baggage Claim (lower) Level.

The RTA Red Line offers fast (just a 22-minute ride to/from downtown Cleveland's Tower City Station) and inexpensive transit service.

Driving directions: Take I-71 north to downtown Cleveland.

Trains & Buses

Cleveland's Amtrak station is located downtown, across from Cleveland Browns Stadium at 200 Cleveland Memorial Shoreway.

The Greyhound bus terminal is located in downtown Cleveland at 1465 Chester Avenue. 

Mass Transit: Deemed efficient and effective, in 2007 The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) was named North America's Best Public Transportation System. And its new environmentally-friendly HealthLine that connects University Circle and downtown only adds to its value for travelers.

RTA provides public transportation in the city of Cleveland and 59 surrounding municipalities. RTA's commuter lines consist of both bus and rapid transit service: 731 buses running 90 routes, a convenient Downtown Trolley Loop System (E-Line and B-Line), and four rapid transit lines; the Red, Blue, Green and Waterfront Lines, take riders to virtually any destination throughout Greater Cleveland. The new Bus Rapid Transit HealthLine takes riders down Euclid Avenue between downtown's Public Square and University Circle.

University Circle Circlelink: Ride RTA to the University Circle station (at the bottom of Cedar Hill) and take the Circlelink, a free shuttle service to major University Circle destinations such as the Cleveland Museum of Art, Cleveland Museum of Natural History, Severance Hall, Western Reserve Historical Society, Cleveland Institue of Music and others.
